Organization is definitely one of her strengths! She loves puzzles and figuring out how all the different pieces fit together, so she naturally enjoy structure, staying organized, and making sure everything comes together smoothly.

Andrea got her start in exhibition when she was 20 years old at ArcLight Cinemas. She's always loved movies, so working at a movie theatre felt like a natural fit. Looking back, Andrea is really grateful she started at ArcLight. Working there gave her a strong foundation and taught her so much that has continued to shape her career.

There’s a lot Andrea has been proud of throughout her career. Getting her start at ArcLight is definitely something she considers a badge of honor. The focus on professional development was integrated into every part of the business, and it gave her a strong foundation, not just in understanding the theatre business, but in understanding business more broadly.
KNIVES OUT is another career highlight, mostly because it was probably one of the most challenging campaigns Andrea ever worked on. It pushed her creatively and professionally, and she learned a lot about herself from the experience.
And today, Andreais incredibly proud to be part of the team at Galaxy! The Galaxy team is such a talented, creative, and imaginative group of people, and Andrea is proud of what the team is accomplishing together. There’s a lot to be excited about!
🎞️ Andrea's favorite part about the movegoing experience—
Andrea loves the collective experience of sitting in a room full of people and feeling the energy in the air. There’s really nothing like experiencing a movie together with an audience. She'll never forget watching AVENGERS: ENDGAME in a sold-out theatre and hearing the entire room cheer when Captain America said, “Avengers Assemble.” More recently, there was the moment in THE ODYSSEY when Odysseus strung the bow. Never in her life would Andrea have imagined she'd be cheering and clapping because someone successfully strung a bow! Watching movies at home is just not the same!
🗣️ Andrea's advice to others—
One piece of advice that has stayed with Andrea came from a Lunch & Learn with women executives during her time at Lionsgate. Someone said, “You can have it all, but not all at the same time.” That advise has stayed with Andrea.
Our industry is fast-paced and competitive, and it’s easy to feel like you’re falling behind or not giving enough, whether that’s at work, at home with your family, or even to yourself. Andrea has learned that it’s okay to shift my focus depending on what needs my attention most.
Andrea can give 100% to her career, her children, her friends, and herself when she allows each one the space and attention it deserves. It’s definitely easier said than done, and she still working on finding that balance every day, but she's learned to take it one day at a time and give herself a little grace along the way!
💛 Why Andrea loves WIE—
Andrea really enjoys connecting with people who are just beginning their careers in the industry. She remembers how new and intimidating everything felt when she first started out, so she loves the opportunity to meet new people, share what she's learned, and help others feel more confident as they find their place in the business.
😲 Fun fact:
While she's always loved animals, Andrea didn’t have her first pet until she was in my 20s. That’s when she got Zoe, a little cat she loves to call my “forever kitten” because she’s always been so tiny. Zoe’s 12 years old now, a total diva, and definitely knows it. She loves sunbathing and curling up next to Andrea or her daughter, but nobody else gets that privilege! She’s one of Andrea's favorite parts of everyday, and she especially loves that Zoe actually comes when she's called, when she decides to listen.
