The purpose of the IATSE Local 871 page is to provide a platform where members, non-members, and the surrounding community can interact and receive information on matters of interest including the industries we work in, organized labor, and the labor movement in general. However, the IATSE Local 871 page is not an official means of communication with the Local. Local 871 is under

Climate action must happen every day to ensure a sustainable future.

In March, the Local 871 Climate Action Committee, led by the LA non-profit Northeast Trees, planted a pollinator garden in our patio!

TOMORROW! The Local 871 Book Club will be hosting a special Earth Month edition of Table Read. We'll be discussing two essays in the book Ecology of Fear: Los Angeles & the Imagination of Disaster. ALL IATSE kin are welcome to join!
