We had a wonderful time training and connecting with the incredible athletes from the Torrance Adaptive Sports program. We’re also grateful to Friends of Torrance Exceptional Athletes (FTEA) for all they do to support and create opportunities for these athletes.

ELLA Sports Foundation is excited to launch the EMPOWERHER Leadership Academy — a FREE 6-week virtual leadership program designed to help young women build the confidence, skills, and support they need to succeed in school, college, careers, and beyond. 💪🏽🎓✨

August Basketball Camp was one for the books!

In partnership with unidasxella, our girls hit the court ready to learn, compete, and grow! 💪🏽🔥

They had the opportunity to train with the talented Coach Nat and meet UCLA basketball players 🐻💙💛 — giving them a chance to learn from athletes who are competing at the collegiate level and see what’s possible for their own futures.
And while the girls were putting in work on the court, our parents were putting in work too! 📚👏🏽 Families participated in a workshop focused on college preparation and financial planning, giving them tools to better navigate the road to higher education.

At ELLA, it’s about more than the game. We’re building confident athletes, informed families, and future leaders — on and off the court. 🏀🎓✨

Thank you unidasxella, Coach Nat, and our UCLA student-athletes for helping make this experience so special! 💜
