The more women I worked with, the more I heard the same story:
“I used to sing…”
Then university, life, kids, and career happened. No time for focused singing and then confidence disappeared.
That’s when I realized my mission wasn’t just about music—it was about helping women reconnect with a part of themselves they buried down deep.
That’s why I’ve been pouring my heart into creating the Vocal Refresh app—a fun, encouraging way to help women get their voices back into shape, one small practice at a time.
So while the name has changed, my heart hasn’t.
I’m here cheering you on, celebrating every little win, and reminding you that your voice is still in there. It might just need… a little refresh. 💜
