The Union bargaining team met with AT&T again today. The Union expressed serious concerns about benefits, scheduling, training, dispatching and monitoring, among other issues. Your bargaining team has and will continue filing information requests to better address these issues.

This message is being sent to you on behalf of Frank Arce, CWA District 9 Vice President.

Workers at Sundance Institute, the non-profit organization behind the renowned Sundance Film Festival, have overwhelmingly secured voluntary recognition to join the Communications Workers of America, Local 9003.

This unit of 61 workers spans multiple teams and disciplines across the United States. The staff achieved this major milestone through Voluntary Recognition after a Card Check process verified a supermajority of workers had voted "Yes" to form their union.

The successful campaign was driven by dedicated organizing from within the union:
