It really is ok to ask for help. While serving you had a team to help you. You weren't all alone.
There are people and teams you can trust now too. There are others going through what you are feeling.
May is mental health month. It is possible to begin to heal. You matter, you really do.

All money collected goes directly to help veterans. I'm a member of Fallon VMC and this member is also a proud Legion Auxiliary member. I know for a fact that all money collected on this day must go directly to veterans in various ways.

Memorial day is not a day to say thank you to the veterans you know. (That's Veteran's Day, November 11th)
It's a day to mourn and grieve those soldiers who are no longer with us.
For some veterans and civilians, this is a very tough day. Please support those around you. Reach out and check up on those far away.
