Come one, come all! We’re super excited for our 5th Annual Trunk-or-Treat 🎉 This is a FREE family-friendly event!

Reminder that anyone is able to set up a trunk! Trunk setup starts at 5pm and our trunk-or-treaters will be arriving 6pm-8pm.

Thank you JR Creative for being back out in Bumpass yesterday for the Lake Anna Rescue Lifesavers Challenge and to support Lake Anna Rescue, Inc. 🛟 You’re an honorary lifesaver! We appreciate you taking photos for the event and can’t wait to see them all.
If you missed it, yesterday Spotsylvania County Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Management conducted a water rescue demonstration. It was incredible.
Thank you to all volunteers who always come to our aid. We appreciate your courage, bravery, and the constant training you endure to help save lives. 🛟

🛟 On behalf of everyone involved with the Lake Anna Rescue Lifesavers Challenge, we want to extend our deepest appreciation to Peace, Love & Waterskiing Training Center, Corey & Amelia Vaughn, and the Whitlock family for allowing us to host yesterday’s event at their property. It was the perfect location for our event and we are grateful for your generosity.

Also Congratulations Corey on your latest wins. Corey is a professional water skier. He hosts water ski training at his training center. If you want to learn how to ski connect with Corey. He’s the best!

🍽️ Join us this Saturday, September 14, at 12 p.m. for the First Responders Appreciation Lunch at the Lake Anna Rescue Lifesavers Challenge! 🎉 We’re serving up BBQ to all of our incredible first responders as a token of gratitude for everything they do to keep our community safe. 🚒🚓🚑

For all our amazing visitors, we’ll have BBQ and hotdogs available for purchase, so everyone can enjoy a delicious lunch while supporting our local heroes! 🌭🍖

Come out, grab a bite, and show your appreciation for those who serve! 🙌 All activities are taking place at the Bumpass Water Ski Club at 3654 Buckner Road, Bumpass, VA 23024.

🚨 This Saturday, September 14, join us at the Lake Anna Rescue Lifesavers Challenge. Be there by 10 a.m. for the Opening Ceremony and then a special First Responders Parade at 10:30 a.m.! 🚒🚑🚓

On this day of remembrance, we honor the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to serving our community—whether on the frontlines or behind the scenes. From local fire trucks, rescue squads, and police officers to veterans, water rescue teams, and even our local electric cooperative, this parade will showcase the heroes who keep our community safe every day. ❤️💙

Come out to celebrate and say thank you to these incredible individuals who show up when it matters most. 🇺🇸 All activities will take place at the Bumpass Water Ski Club at 3654 Buckner Road, Bumpass VA 23024.
