I wept and laughed all at the same time as I sang this song , overtaken by gratitude for how God worked and continues to work far beyond anything we ask or imagine! When we see devastation, destruction, utter brokenness He sees the opportunity to grow us, mold us and make us. When we think it’s all over He say nothing is over because I am still Lord of your life! When I think I’m too little and nothing good can come out of me, He shows me that with Him and through Him I have purpose, destiny and can do great exploits in and for His Kingdom.

This past week I saw a couple of women who personified this redemption. I also talked to several that hit rock bottom. Focus on building yourself up in God, something the enemy cannot take away from you! He will give you a backbone of steel to take on greater giants. He alone can; for He alone is God! Now go rejoice as you see your future, laugh at the coming victories because His eyes are on you and His ears are attentive to your cry! Prevail through Worship, Word and the Spirit!

JOSEPH
God gave Joseph a PROMISE
A big big dream
Giddy with excitement for his future
He donned the coat of many colors
Strutting in all the favor
He went upety up the ant hill
Barely had he made it there when he was swooped down into a pit
For God was preparing him for His mighty Hill
A governmental Hill to save an entire nation

Oh why must I be face down in the pit?
Must I be locked away and forgotten in prison, for I’m no criminal!
God! Why must I be falsely accused when I’m no ra**st?

Yes Joseph for that is your preparation for God’s Holy Hill
Your fall will take away every ounce of pride
Your hiding will bring great transformation
Your dishonor will turn into glory
I cannot use one who is not vetted
