Mammen Family Public Library The Bulverde Area Rural Library District serves a 200 square mile area in Comal County.

The library’s vision is to provide access to educational resources and learning opportunities, no matter what age or stage of life, in a safe, welcoming space. The library provides the following services for our community.

Due to the Library Mini Golf Event occurring on Saturday, August 1st the library will not be open for browsing, computer use, or study rooms. The only service that will be available is the walk-up and drive-up windows for reserve pickups and returning items from 10:00am-4:00pm.

Mammen Family Public Library is so proud of all of the fantastic readers at our library!

To celebrate, you're invited to come to our final event of the summer: Library Mini-Golf! Putt your way through the stacks to win a prize!

Library Mini Golf will be on Saturday, August 1st from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The final tee time is 3:15pm, so please plan to arrive by then! The library will provide drive-through and walk-up service only, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in order to accommodate the course.

Get ready for a slithering, scaly adventure at the library! The Austin Reptile Show is an exciting and educational program for families featuring a variety of live reptiles from around the world. During the show, participants will learn fascinating facts about these amazing creatures and how they live. At the end of the program (time permitting), guests will have the chance to come up and see the reptiles up close!
