Unfortunately, we have lost our founder and main support for this organization. Steve Webb has passed away. He was an amazing visionary and one of the best broadcast engineers. He will be greatly missed.

With all the natural disasters that have occurred this year alone, Radio Brandy has nearly depleted its warehouse of broadcast equipment and all our funds used to ship the equipment to affected radio stations that have been wiped off the air, in communities that need them most! While we have helped many radio stations to restore service, we still have many more to help! We sure could use some financial assistance now to cover shipping and making new equipment ready for the next time. The most costly is shipping the heavy broadcast gear and getting parts, any donations you can afford would be the most helpful; we can take donations via the PayPal button on our homepage.

Regarding antennas, Yahoo email has gone south so it's been hard to get e-mails however we did respond to what we found and that was it; no response back. We will do our best to respond as we are going to keep email up at Yahoo.

The Radio Brandy website is shutting down on Aug 2 due to rising cost, our host Yahoo has gone from $9 to $25 a month in a short time of which we have 5 websites with them, our power bill has increased 5 fold while using half the power.

The domain will remain active and a single short page. Ultimately we will move to another site, everything has been saved for future use.

Our other host is $10 a month where XRQK is located and will remain active. Radio Outlaw, Outlaw Radio, KNJO, and XRQK Bullhead City will be moving from Yahoo. We have been with Yahoo since 2005, so Yahoo will lose a lot of our loyal business.

Thanks to Yahoo Small Business, ICANN was sent old outdated info that needed to be updated. ICANN just shuts down the domain, instead of asking Yahoo for the correct info; which they had. www.Radiobrandy.com is back on.

We have been ripped off for $1500 this month alone, had to tell two boys; there would be no Christmas for them this year. Not easy, but had to be honest.
