26-27 Flower of the Month Club is Open! 🌸

Hello The Prickly Pear Florals Community,

We are thrilled to announce that subscription books are officially OPEN for the 2026-2027 Prickly Pear Flower of the Month Club!
Thanks to your incredible support, our program has grown tremendously. To ensure our floral design students continue to get the absolute best hands-on experience, they have voted to shake things up just a bit for the upcoming school year.

💐 What’s New This Year? 💐
The Package: We are offering a subscription of 5 beautiful arrangements for $100.
The Timeline: Deliveries will run monthly from September through January.

Why the change? Limiting the subscription to the fall/winter semester allows our talented students dedicated classroom time to earn their professional Floral Certifications! Don't worry, though—this also frees up their spring schedule to offer exclusive, standalone arrangement purchases for Valentine’s Day and Easter & Mother’s Day.

Last year, we capped out at 60 subscriptions. To maintain our high quality and give every student a great learning environment, we are starting with only 60 spots available this year too.

The 98th Annual Texas FFA Convention Fun Night theme is Texas Night, Neon Lights! We hope you to show up in your best western + neon outfits.

Here are just a few ideas give you a bit of inspiration! Also, make sure to stop by the Texas FFA store in the exhibit all to pick up a neon FFA shirts and glow sticks.

New Senior Parents!! This is a Great Opportunity to send your Upcoming Seniors too!! !!

Know a Texas student who will be a high school senior next year? Have them sign up for our THRIVE program!

This learning experience is part of our Student Success Series.

Students participating in this program will develop public speaking and leadership skills, learn more about the free enterprise system and hear from engaging motivational speakers. Plus, they’ll dive deeper into digital advocacy efforts and participate in a media training.

Thrive will take place July 31 - Aug. 2 in Waco.

Registration closes July 14 and is limited to the first 150 students who sign up.
