BULLARD MISSION HOUSE! The Bullard Mission House and Mission Clinic is participating in this event on April 24th. The Mission House helps those in need in the Bullard area with clothing and food. The Mission Clinic helps with medical needs. The Mission is run by ALL VOLUNTEERS -NO ONE IS PAID. I hope you will consider a heartfelt donation to this life changing mission❤️

Artist Mollie Jones a part of the Genny Wood Art Show Family.
I Decided to address my nemesis...GREEN...at the urging of Ron L Bigony and Lorraine Watry...and since I used my favorite old fabric (Waverly's Queensland Red) as my background, I decided to give it a shot. I think I'll push the values in the grapes a bit more now that I've seen it on the computer, but I must say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. "Candlewick and Grapes" on Arches 140 # bright white CP...half sheet.

I am posting artists work on our page. Send photos of your paintings plus a description and price and will post them to our page where many people subscribe and enjoy. Please send photos, email, and your phone number to my email address ggfaulkinberry . We would notify you when someone is interested in your work then it would be up to you to make the deal and get it to the individual. For this the Genny Wood Art Show would like you to donate 10% of your sales, only if you sale something. This would be on an honor system. Those funds would go towards our show in November. The show is a fundraiser for a charity The Mission House. This week we have sold two and haven’t really started.

Yesterday’s 10th Annual Genny Wood Fine Art Show came and went. A lot of hard work by the art show volunteers and artists was apparent. ( the men who did the heavy lifting, the people who manned the cash table, the people who worked the kitchen, the architects marking off the floor, the hours it took to do the packets, the hours it took to send out invitations to artists, the many emails sent out, the postings on page, the florist working to get the flowers ready for Bistro, the cleaners pressing all 50 tablecloths, the volunteers who washed the tablecloths, Genny Woods family who come every year to hang her artwork, the work done on advertising, the decorating, the setting up of the microphone system, setting up the stage area, making sure everything’s clean before and after the show, getting the entertainers and scheduling them, setting up the local schools art department, and I’m sure there were many other things I left out ). The entertainment was wonderful, the food was delicious, and you Artists were superb.
Thank you for making it such a fun day. We couldn’t have the show without you. Because of you there will be people receiving food, clothing, and medical help at the Mission House.
This years slate of artists proved to be outstanding in their fields of art. We heard lots of good compliments throughout the day and people who said the best show yet.
