Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first-ever Women’s Tea! We were blessed to have nearly 40 come for lunch as we heard from our Founder, Dr. Brenda Kowalske, and Jessica Matthews, one of our missionaries in Uganda. These women shared their hearts for the Lord and for the children living at the Village of Eden Baby and Children’s Home.

Because of the generosity of the women at the tea, over $2,000 was given toward the medical needs of children in our care. We firmly believe that it is through the prayers and support of the body of Christ that we are able to minister to and meet the needs of these little ones. The Lord has brought so many children into our care, and we know He has a purpose for each of their lives. Thank you for investing in the precious children at the Village of Eden. We couldn’t do it without you!

UPDATE!
A church in South GA responded to this need and has generously covered the cost of Baby Mark's surgery! Praise the Lord for His provision through the body of Christ! Any other donations will be put towards our $25,000 goal to cover the significant medical needs of the children in our care.

Baby Mark is the newest addition to our Baby Home at the Village of Eden. He came to us at just two weeks old, malnourished and in need of loving care. Although he is growing and getting stronger day by day, Mark will have to undergo surgery this week to repair a hernia. We need to raise $2500 to cover the cost of this surgery. The majority of the children who live with us at the Village of Eden have crucial health needs. From unexpected surgeries to chronic illness requiring daily medication to babies in serious condition, medical costs for the children in our care are significant. Our annual fundraising goal to cover medical expenses for the Village of Eden Baby and Children's Home is $25,000.
