Lanier Partners of North Georgia, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization raising money to serve children. Our volunteer board members are like-minded boaters, businesses, community leaders and supporters from Georgia. Our annual signature event is hosting "America's Top Charitable Poker Run". In addition to our annual Poker Run event, Lanier Partners of North Georgia also hosts an annual

Holiday Boat Parade, and our annual charity Golf Tournament at Lanier Islands. While our events are a lot of fun, we do it for one reason. Everything we do, we do in order to help Georgia children in need. All the money we raise is used to help organizations such as, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier, Camp Sunshine, Camp Twin Lakes, local families of children in need that we are made aware of through social workers of the county, and we are always going to help where help is needed the most in our community when it comes to a child or children. In 2025, we are making a few changes and starting to show our donors where their money is going by helping families in need in the Lanier community, Hall, Forsyth, Dawson, and surrounding counties where children are involved and in need for any particular reason beyond their control. We will be starting a Christmas fundraiser where we have families that are in need and we provide a list of the children's requests from Santa and will have the entire Christmas ready, wrapped, and given out to the approved families before Christmas so these kids can feel they aren't ever missing out in their childhood. Over the years, these efforts have raised several million dollars and have helped hundreds of children live a fuller, happier and more productive life. Money raised comes from the very generous donations of our sponsors, as well as through the sale of tickets to our events and the related items we offer through our on-line store. We will do Memorial Runs and Fundraisers for children of parent(s) where the children were tragically left behind with the need for assistance to live a better life. We are going to have poker runs raise money for children's doctor bills, camps, school, special education, clothing, shelter and food. Join us this year to help make a difference in the local Lake Lanier Community. We ask for contributions and participation to allow us to continue to expand and continue serving the children. Attention!! Our favorite man of LandShark Lake Lanier at Margaritaville at Lanier Islands Mr. Frank Gergely will be serving up Breakfast and Brunch items this Saturday the 17th from 9am to 11am prior to our Memorial Run up Lanier in remembrance of our dear family/friend/son/father/sibling Travis Rushing EVERONE IS WELCOME!!

Let’s not all forget what this weekend is about and it’s for the very missed and loved men that we have lost over the past months that were very dear to our hearts and very dear to our charity in Lake Lanier.
The golf tournament is all day Friday and then for all you that wanted something to happen during the spring and summertime, (cough, cough hint, hint, lol) we are doing a memorial run up the lake starting at 11 o’clock on Saturday morning.

ALL are welcome. The $50 on the site is just optional but all proceeds during the golf tournament and Memorial Run goes to the families needs of the children that were left behind that there fathers were all gone too soon! 😇😍🙏🚤🚁🛥️⚓️s
