My name is Prince, also known as Arakan Prince. I was born a Rohingya and grew up as a refugee in Malaysia. Those experiences shaped my character, taught me humility, and showed me the true meaning of resilience a
nd community. Today, I am grateful to be living in the USA, no longer as a refugee, but as someone working hard to build a better life and uplift my people with sincerity and gratitude. I created Arakan Buffalo to support, unite, and represent the Arakan Rohingya community in Buffalo, NY. Through this page, I share important Buffalo news, community updates, highlight our achievements, and promote positive growth within our community. My goal is simple:
To build a stronger, respectful, and united Arakan community here in Buffalo NY, while also creating a bridge of understanding and friendship with the diverse local American community around us. I am not perfect, and I am still learning every day. But I believe that when we do good for and to others, we all rise together. Together, we can build a brighter and stronger future for our Arakan community in Buffalo and beyond. Hopefully around the USA.
