Come and join us for a fun family friendly event at Lavocat's Family Greenhouse and Nursery!
Sunday, June 28 at 10:30 - 11:30 am

We will move to music, practice partner poses, engage in mindfulness activities and enjoy a special guided relaxation time surrounded by pretty plants and the warmth of the greenhouse!

A small plant is included

Such a beautiful group of children I have had the pleasure of teaching all year! ✨🫶

Through yoga, these young children strengthened their growing body and learned how to quiet their busy minds. We practiced playful breathing techniques to calm ourselves, engaged in meditation with our yoga bear Meddy Teddy, and enjoyed every week the most lovely guided relaxation time called “ The Peaceful Garden.”

I’m grateful that Brierwood Child Care Center Lancaster recognizes and understands the value of yoga and mindfulness for children in WNY and continues to offer these classes every year 💖
