In America, the felon is treated as a modern day slave. Felons are discriminated against more than ANY american citizen, the culprits are, american citizens, corporations, aswell as the local, state and federal governments. Somehow, the Federal Government has decided that if YOU EVER commit a crime and get convicted,AND become a FELON, regardless If you were a juvenile, youthful offender or your f

irst time in trouble, YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, FOREVER. To me, thats a STIFF PENALTY, not to mention the crime victim fee, the jail time, the parole time, the time spent on all the STATE MANDATED so called rehabilitation programs ( that cost, which leave you in debt ), the halfway houses you parole to which charge you $300 to sleep on a cot, the state jobs you HAVE to work ( like the zoo, cleaning up the streets etc. ) to pay for the welfare you receive your forced to participate in... WHEW. Thats not DOUBLE JEOPARDY thats QUADRIPLE JEOPARDY... But that not the half of it, your barred from different type of licences pertaining to owning your own business. a " DBA " is nothing as far as a business structure because your taxed the same way, as a individual. But a LLC., OR CORPORATION your barred from because of the SPECIAL TAX ADVANTAGES corporations receive, you cant get that benefit. And the MOST of ALL, MOST IMPORTANT of ALL your barred from is your SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS, YOUR UNABLE TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OR FAMILY BECAUSE YOUR A FELON. USC- TITLE 18-922 ( G ) prohibits a felon from possessing a firearm, period. I and other feel this is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and NEEDS to be CHALLENGED , COLLECTIVELY. The Federal Government SAY; you have to be a law abiding citizen to practice your 2nd Amendment right, MOST of US FELONS are NOW, A FELONY committed as a child or 15 years ago STILL bars you though ? The Government is basically saying; the rehabilitation felons are mandated to participate in, inside and out of jail are WORTHLESS, DONT WORK, AND OUR POLICIES WE HAVE IN PLACE FOR FELONS WE " REALLY " DONT RECOGNIZE. feel as; if felons are ELIGIBLE to PAY TAXES, they SHOULD be ELIGIBLE to practice their 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS, PERIOD...
