🧘‍♀️💚 BASCO successfully hosted its first **free, women-only Community Yoga Class** on October 25 at Harlem Road Community Center Gym, Amherst, as part of our ongoing community engagement and wellness initiatives.

We are proud to take this initiative, which, to our knowledge, is the first free yoga class organized by a WNY-based Bangladeshi organization!

💙 BASCO’s Community Engagement | বাসকোর কমিউনিটি কার্যক্রম

BASCO successfully hosted its free **Falls Prevention & Alzheimer Awareness Class** on October 23 at 120 Alexander Ave, Buffalo, NY, as part of our ongoing community engagement and wellness initiatives.

অক্টোবর ২৩ তারিখে ১২০ আলেকজান্ডার অ্যাভিনিউ, বাফেলোতে বাসকো (BASCO) বিনামূল্যে **পড়ে যাওয়া প্রতিরোধ ও আলঝেইমার সচেতনতা বিষয়ক ক্লাস** সফলভাবে আয়োজন করে। এটি ছিল আমাদের চলমান কমিউনিটি সম্পৃক্ততা ও স্বাস্থ্যসচেতনতামূলক কার্যক্রমের একটি অংশ।

🙏 Special thanks to the Erie County Department for the Aging & Alzheimer's Association for their valuable support and collaboration, and to all participants for joining us.

The Amherst Senior Center is hosting a Senior Expo, sponsored by Atwal Eye Care, on Thursday, October 22nd, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM!

The event will feature:
• 30+ organizations providing information for seniors and caregivers
