A little taste of summer on a cool spring day. 🫐

Yesterday, volunteers from the Rotary Club of Buffalo filled the Grace House kitchen with the smell of fresh blueberry muffins - bringing a little warmth to the families staying with us.

We’re so grateful for the Buffalo Rotary for the thoughtful ways they give back at Grace House and across the community. 💛

From the very beginning, Cindy envisioned Grace House as more than just a place to stay - she wanted it to feel warm, welcoming, and comforting. Right down to the smell of fresh-baked cookies coming from the kitchen. 🍪💙

Today, Cindy and her mom, Elaine, spent the afternoon baking, filling the house with the same warmth and care that has been part of Grace House since day one.

Today, we honor the women who care for others with extraordinary love and grace. 💐

Every day, we see mothers and mother figures carrying so much - comforting loved ones, finding strength when they’re exhausted, and creating moments of warmth even in difficult seasons. Their care leaves a lasting mark on everyone around them.

To all the moms, grandmothers, stepmothers, caregivers, and chosen family who nurture others so selflessly: we are grateful for you today and every day.
