🌟 We’re proud to celebrate our Guest Services Associate, Teresa, who recently completed the Tourism Ambassador Program through Visit Buffalo! 🎉

As a healthcare hospitality house, Grace House plays an important role in Buffalo’s growing healthcare tourism landscape. Every year, patients and caregivers travel to our region to access specialized medical care.

We’re proud to help make Buffalo feel a little more welcoming during their stay. Being a Certified Tourism Ambassador is about knowing what makes our region special and helping visitors experience the very best of Buffalo. For our team, that aligns beautifully with what we do every day: welcoming guests, connecting them with our community, and helping make an unfamiliar place feel a little more familiar - especially when their stay is prompted by illness or injury.
