Invitation to Participate as a Volunteer at the Myanmar Union Night 2026 Event

Date: June 15, 2026

1. The Myanmar Union Night 2026 event will be held in Buffalo on July 25th and 26th under the theme, "Twelve Months of Festival: Celebrating Together".

2. Therefore, we cordially invite individuals or groups to collaborate and participate as volunteers at the Myanmar Union Night 2026 event.

3. If you wish to participate as a volunteer, you must print the attached Myanmar Union Night 2026 Volunteer Application Form, fill in the details, and submit it either by mail to the Buffalo Myanmar Association Office, 927 Tonawanda Street, Buffalo, NY 14207, or through the attached Google Form link, no later than 4:00 PM (16:00) on July 10th.

To all Youths, Life is a bunch of unexpected expected experiences, don’t be afraid to try out new things or go for it even if your not ready because the last thing you’d want is to say “i wish i could’ve done this”. In your path there will be many doors of opportunities as you grow, don’t stress, life is like a tangerine it may be sour or sweet. Live it how YOU want to dream it. Mostly have fun and hold onto your years of life, time never stops. NEVER GIVE UP! Become the Better You, A Person you strive to become! All of us have different goals and dreams and so think for yourself and don’t get carried away on what others may think or see, what matters is what you want for yourself and some guidance wouldn’t hurt if we may have to start from there. Try, try even if your not ready. (Choice, Chance and Change).

Let’s give MoeMoe all our support as she takes a big step in to the real world! 👏🎉

To all of the participating performers for MYANMAR UNION NIGHT,

In order to perform you must do the following:

- Register your performing group in person before or by June 21st.

- Attend at least ONE out of three information sessions that will be hosted.
• June 13th at 3 PM
• June 14th at 3 PM
• June 20th at 3 PM

“Twelve Months of Festival: Celebrating Together"

The grand Myanmar Union Night 2026 celebration, organized by the Myanmar ethnic community in Buffalo, will be held in a lively and festive atmosphere on Saturday, July 25, 2026, and Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Riverside Park in Buffalo, New York.

This year’s theme, “Twelve Months of Festival: Celebrating Together" will bring the traditional Myanmar seasonal festivals to life on American soil, passing them on to the younger generation.

The event will feature traditional cultural dances, musical performances, and entertainment, along with food and merchandise booths offering traditional Myanmar cuisine and items.

We warmly invite all Myanmar ethnic communities living across the United States to come and participate in the Myanmar Union Night 2026 celebration.

Saw Tort has been selected to attend the Junior National Young Leader Conference in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements as the top student in his middle school.
We are extremely proud of our boy for this accomplishment and for representing our community, with his efforts being fully acknowledged.
