Currently we facilitate four outreach events through our ministry Amazing Christian Network. We are witnessing the move of God in the marketplace, and its our goal to continue to spread the Gospel throughout the Buffalo, NY region and beyond! Word For Today!

Abide in My Word

Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him, "If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
John 8:31-32

Live in Me. Feed yourself on My Word.
You need the nourishment of My Word as much as you need nourishment for your body.
The Spirit is higher than the body, and leads you into My truth.

Read My Word, and ask Me to come in as you do. Your goal is to know the Author of the Word, and I am the Word. I Am also Spirit, and I want you to worship me in spirit and in truth. Let My Spirit fill you as you fill yourself with the truth of My Holy Scriptures. I gave the Bible to you to comfort, encourage, lead, and give you into all truth.

I Am still speaking! I gave you the Holy Scriptures, but I didn't just give you the Word and then stay silent. Why would I? I Am a living Being who created you for a relationship with Me. Relationships require
communication by their very nature. Abide in My Word.

Freedom isn't Free!

I don't know about you, but I have always believed that the United States of America is the greatest place to live. The home of the brave and the free! People from all over the world desire to come here. In America we can dream big dreams, set our goals and move toward our God-given purpose! Of course, it takes hard work and determination, but while were moving toward these dreams we can give more, do more, and serve more. Today, examples of these individuals armed forces, nurses and police officers etc. This freedom has never been free! From the beginning of this great country people have put their lives on the line as a result of wars, disasters or because of a local fire etc. In World War II a fellow combat soldier died on top of my father in a foxhole, which left him struggling and tormented with mental illness the rest of his life. Freedom isn't free! Americans have always put themselves in harm's way, or have given generously to serve their fellow Americans. America is not perfect, but I have always been inspired by the American spirit to move forward in face of adversity. Freedom isn't free! These days with so much political division, are we able to serve others or are we stuck in hate-it is easier to hate, but it's better to serve. Are you creating unity with love or division with detest? Unity is production and division is destruction. I believe we need to humble ourselves and pray for wisdom for those in authority. Praying for others is an act of love especially when our feelings tell us otherwise. John 15:12

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. This very Scripture has been woven into America's very fiber. Freedom isn't free-there are forces out there that would want you to believe it is, but that's a lie. Someone paid the price. Go with love and serve to keep our freedom-because freedom isn't free! Jesus gave his life so we could be free. the ultimate sacrifice of love.

2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom!

This is a greater freedom! What decision are you making right now concerning the freedoms you have been given? Memorial Day is a time to reflect on all those in the US Military that gave their life, so we can be free.
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.
John 15:13

Word for today

James 5:8
"Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh."

MESSAGE:
Remain steadfast and courageous in this season.
Even when answers seem delayed and circumstances feel uncertain, God is strengthening your heart. Do not give up.
The Lord is working behind the scenes, aligning every detail according to His perfect will.
Stand firm in faith.
Be patient in the process.
Trust God's timing.
* The coming of the Lord is near.

PRAYER:
Lord, establish my heart in Your truth. Teach me to wait with patience, walk in faith, and trust Your timing. Strengthen me to remain steadfast until I see the fulfillment of Your promises.

Just a thought - reminder!
Be ready - be prepared!

Over the years I have been fortunate to have witnessed many, many miraculous healings, and we all know that I have personally experienced a miraculous recovery because of the power of prayer. I write this to encourage each one of us to be prepared and ready to pray always! You never know when someone will call upon you for your prayers or you never know when you may be that person that will call on others to pray for you. There were so many times in the past when somebody would mention a serious illness, and I would say I will pray for you. I cannot say that I always did follow through but as I read the word of God and my faith became stronger and I became more convicted of the responsibility to pray, I seldom miss an opportunity to pray when needed. Be Ready - Be Prepared to pray!
"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

“I love you, Lord; you are my strength.” Psalms 18:1 NLT

These are the simple words to pray when your heart is burdened. It is also a great praise to repeat throughout the day, keeping us focused on our Father rather than on our circumstances. The more we praise our Father, the more our spirits connect with God’s Spirit and rely less upon our own strength.

Let us pray. Heavenly Father, forgive us for the days we depended upon others for strength before we turned to You. Thank You for Your word that guides us to where our hope and strength come from. You have placed eternity into our hearts, and when we turn to You for power and strength, You are always there for us! Thank You, Jesus, amen.

Attitude

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes!"

For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
