🌟 Last week, the Zeta Theta Chapter proudly sent 20 members to the Mid-Year Meeting in Atlanta, GA! ✨ The conference was an incredible opportunity to connect with fellow Beta Alpha Psi chapters, student leaders, and professional partners. 🤝💼
💖 A heartfelt thank you to our amazing faculty advisor, Professor Bartula, for your unwavering support and guidance—we are so grateful!
✨ Key highlights:
📚 Buthaina Al Harthi, Matthew Kwee, Jillian Sujka, and Sherry Zhou presented ”The Impacting Inclusiveness in Your Chapter,“ highlighting the importance of DEI by creating a welcoming environment and sharing insights through graduate student stories and a newsletter.
🌟 Hayden Blufarb, Curtis Hannon, and Andrew McLellan addressed mentorship gaps in ”Impacting Your Profession,“ creating tailored guidance programs for first- and second-year students to clarify accounting misconceptions.
🏆 Thomas Banas, Benjamin Finch, Shaniyah Scott, and Ai Wei Zheng took home first place 🥇 with ”Impacting Your Community.“ Their program, “Prepping the Pipeline: Preschool to Professionals,” expanded financial literacy and career awareness through storybooks, budgeting games, and workshops for students of all ages.
💡 Angela Lin, David Liu, and Jasmine Mantsurov presented on strengthening internal connections through mentorship programs, social events like the Ampadu Bowl 🏈, and professional opportunities like Prep for the Pros, fostering community and career growth.
🌍 Jonson Khuu, Alex Pham, and Zhi Wei Zhang showcased external relationship-building in ”Chapter Operations: Strengthening External Relationships.“ Programs like Preschool to Professionals and Meet the Pros Night strengthened ties with alumni and the broader community.

🎉 Outside the conference, we explored Atlanta’s highlights like the Georgia Aquarium 🐠 and enjoyed the city’s amazing restaurants!
