Tonight we were at Kenmore West High School with Village of Kenmore Trustee Donna Genesky as she presented a $1000 check to Jenna Marshall.

We want to thank all the teachers and staff at Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District for everything you do. We have completed our second year of helping seniors in this district and looking forward to doing more.

Another incredible night for the WNY Scholars Foundation!

Congratulations to Arden Kruger of North Tonawanda High School, the recipient of a $1,000 WNY Scholars Foundation scholarship.

A special thank you to Platter's Chocolate Factory for serving as the presenting sponsor and helping us invest in the next generation of local students.

Every scholarship awarded is a reminder of what can happen when businesses, community leaders, and supporters come together to create opportunities for young people.

The WNY Scholars Foundation is proud to announce that, through our partnership with The Plan Room and Mike Wopperer, we are able to award a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating 2026 senior from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute

As a proud St. Joe’s Class of 2006 alum, Mike’s commitment to giving back to his school and supporting future graduates makes this partnership even more meaningful.

This scholarship reflects our shared commitment to investing in the future of Western New York students and creating opportunities for the next generation.

Together, we are making a difference — one student at a time. 🎓

We are happy to have the support of the Kenmore -Tonawanda Chamber of Commerce and the community. We were able to give scholarships to Kenmore West High School and Kenmore East High School in 2025 after only being established for 10 months. This is only the begining and as we look forward to the future.
