T.E.A.M. E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. Leadership Development Program A Mentoring Program for Adolescent Males In the City of Buffalo T.E.A.M. E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. Mentees and mentors meet bi-monthly. Two elements of the T.E.A.M.

is a mentoring program for males ages 13-17 seeking guidance, inspiration, and most of all support in achieving their life goals. Each letter in the programs title stands for an element to be addressed. Most of the programming takes place at The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Resurrection who also aid the fraternity in providing delicious hot meals for each meeting. Each session the program ha

s 10-12 motivated teens. After completing the 7 month long session described, a mentee chooses a mentor to connect with for one 1-1 mentorship for the following 7 months. It will then be that mentor’s aim to aid the young man in whatever positive endeavors they may seek. The programming curriculum breaks over the summer/holiday months but the fraternity continues to host events to maintain a connection with the mentees. Mentees are expected to be committed to the program, and when deemed ready, help the following class of mentees. program are essential components are community service and engaging field trips! This adds more substance to the program allowing the mentees to be exposed to various aspects of the City of Buffalo and beyond. We are excited that our mentees understand the importance of giving back to the community in which they live.
