Check Pickup again on Thursday at County Ext Office from 4-7 pm. Checks are NOT at Buffalo, the bank or the Ext Office between now and then. If you need to make arrangements for pickup after Thursday we will work with you. You can email us at [email protected]

Checks will be ready this coming week for pickup! We will have two pickup opportunities in the evenings. This will be for auction, add-ons and those that put their animals in the resale. YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PHOTO DELIVERY TO BUYER FOR THOSE WHO MADE THE AUCTION before picking up your check. We also ask that you deposit checks timely so we can get all checks cleared in the bank by August 31st when our fiscal year closes.

Reminder CHECK PICKUP tonight from 4-7 pm in Buffalo at Ezell Air Conditioning Office. We will not be there until 4 pm so don't come earlier unless you are ok with waiting. Thursday will be a pickup at the Ext Office in Centerville also from 4-7 pm. These offices are allowing us to use their space to distribute the checks but they DO NOT have the checks during their business hours for pickup, only during specific times. Sorry for inconvenience but this helps us maintain checks are picked up by families so we can keep track.

Attn: Auction Sale Exhibitors!!!
Buyer Photo and Thank You information Pickup TONIGHT (May 20th) at the Leon County Annex from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm.

Non sale exhibitors, your add-on information will be emailed to you this weekend. You do not have to come to the pickup this evening.

If you are not able to make it tonight, please email [email protected]. We will let you know the process for picking up your photos at a later date.

This week is your last chance to get Add-ons turned in for exhibitors. Deadline to submit is this Friday, May 1st. Add-ons can be in support of any exhibitor, even if they didn't make the sale, showed breeding animals or ag mechanics.
