We’re proud to announce that Journey’s End Refugee Services is a partner with New York State in expanding outreach to connect individuals and families with SNAP and other food assistance programs!

Access to nutritious food is essential to health, stability, and opportunity. Through this partnership, we’ll help more New Yorkers learn about available resources and navigate the process of accessing food assistance.

At Journey’s End, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build a healthy, secure future. We’re grateful to partner with New York State in advancing that mission and strengthening food access across our communities.

Journey's End is honored to receive the Champion of Service Community Partner Award from !

This recognition celebrates the meaningful partnership between Journey’s End Refugee Services and The Service Collaborative, including the AmeriCorps volunteers who help make our summer camp such a special experience for refugee youth.

For years, AmeriCorps members have shown up with energy, compassion, and a commitment to helping young people learn, grow, have fun, and feel a sense of belonging. Accepting the award are Academic Coach, Shayna Fitzpatrick and Senior Manager of Youth Services, Paige Kelshenbach.
