Una Voce Buffalo loves the Traditional Latin Mass! Join us Sundays at 9 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua, downtown on Court Street behind City Hall; and 12:30 p.m.

at Our Lady Help of Christians on Union Road in Cheektowaga. Una Voce -- Latin for "with one voice" -- is an international federation of associations, founded in 1966 in Rome, that now includes national associations in 17 nations on every continent. It is for anyone who loves Gregorian Chant, Latin and the great sacred music and liturgy of the Catholic Church. We invite you to experience the power and beauty of the Tridentine Latin Mass! The schedule for Sunday TLM are:
7:40am Carmelite Monastery 75 Carmel Rd. Buffalo, N.Y.
9 a.m. Sundays at St. Anthony of Padua downtown behind City Hall.
1:30 p.m. Sundays at Our Lady Help of Christians in Cheektowaga. Weekday TLM schedule:
7:40am Carmelite Monastery.
6pm Mon-Fri and 8am on Sat at St. Anthony's.

Happy Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary!

PRAYER TO THE QUEEN OF THE MOST HOLY ROSARY

Queen of the most holy Rosary, in these times of brazen impiety, show thy power with the signs of thy former victories, and, from thy throne, from which thou bestowest pardon and graces, mercifully look upon the Church of thy Son, His Vicar on Earth, and every order of clergy and laity, who are sorely oppressed in this mighty conflict. Powerful vanquisher of all heresies, hasten the hour of mercy, even though the hour of God’s justice is every day provoked by the countless sins of men. For me, who am the least of men, kneeling before thee in prayer, obtain the grace I need to live a holy life upon Earth and to reign among the just in Heaven. Meanwhile, together with all faithful Christians throughout the world, I greet thee and acclaim thee as the Queen of the most holy Rosary: Queen of the most holy Rosary, pray for us.

Go to confession and Mass. Receive Communion. Pray the Rosary. Meditate for 15 minutes on the Rosary in Reparation for Blasphemies committed against The Immaculate Heart of Mary.

O MOST holy Angel of God, appointed by God to my Guardian, I give thee thanks for all the benefits which thou hast ever bestowed on me in body and soul. I praise and glorify thee that thou condescended to assist me with such patient fidelity, and to defend me against all the assaults of my enemy. Blessed be the hour in which thou were assigned me for my Guardian, my defender and my patron. Act of Consecration to St. Michael

Oh, most Noble Prince of the Angelic Hierarchies, valorous warrior of Almighty God, and zealous lover of His glory, terror of the rebellious Angels, and love and delight of all the just, my beloved Archangel Saint Michael, desiring to be numbered among thy devoted servants, today I offer and consecrate myself to thee, and place myself, my family and all I possess under thy most powerful protection.

I entreat thee not to look at how little I, as thy servant have to offer, being only a wretched sinner, but to gaze rather with favorable eye at the heartfelt affection with which this offering is made, and remember that if from this day onward I am under thy patronage, thou must during all my life assist me and procure for me the pardon of my many grievous offenses and sins, the grace to love with all my heart my God, my dear Saviour Jesus, and my Sweet Mother Mary, and obtain for me all the help necessary to arrive to my crown of glory.

Defend me always from my spiritual enemies, particularly in the last moments of my life.

Come then oh glorious Prince and succour me in my last struggle, and with thy powerful weapon cast far from me into the infernal abysses that prevaricator and proud Angel that one day thou didst prostrate in the celestial battle.

Accompany me then to the throne of God to sing with thee, Archangel Saint Michael and all the Angels, praise, honour and glory to the One Who reigns for all eternity. Amen.

Consecration to Our Lady of Sorrows

Most holy Virgin and Queen of Martyrs, Mary, would that I could be in Heaven, there to contemplate the honors rendered to thee by the Most Holy Trinity and by the whole Heavenly Court! But since I am still a pilgrim in this vale of tears, receive from me, thy unworthy servant and a poor sinner, the most sincere homage and the most perfect act of vassalage a human creature can offer thee. In thy Immaculate Heart, pierced with so many swords of sorrow, I place today my poor soul forever; receive me as a partaker in thy dolors, and never suffer that I should depart from that Cross on which thy only begotten Son expired for me. With thee, O Mary, I will endure all the sufferings, contradictions, infirmities, with which it will please thy Divine Son to visit me in this life. All of them I offer to thee, in memory of the Dolors which thou didst suffer during thy life, that every thought of my mind, every beating of my heart may henceforward be an act of compassion to thy Sorrows, and of complacency for the glory thou now enjoyest in Heaven. Since then, O Dear Mother, I now compassionate thy Dolors, and rejoice in seeing thee glorified, do thou also have compassion on me, and reconcile me to thy Son Jesus, that I may become thy true and loyal son (daughter); come on my last day and assist me in my last agony, even as thou wert present at the Agony of thy Divine Son Jesus, that from this painful exile I may go to Heaven, there to be made partaker of thy glory. Consecration to the Immaculate Heart Of Mary

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, in this tragic hour of the world’s history, we entrust and consecrate ourselves to thine Immaculate Heart, our only refuge, our hope, our salvation.

Have pity on this world, torn by the most terrible conflicts, burning with the fires of hate, victim of its own sins.

May thy Heart be moved at the sight of so much ruin, pain and sorrow.

We consecrate to thy maternal heart our persons, our families, our country (name), the whole of humanity.

Protect and save us!

O Heart of Mary, source of true love, fill our selfish hearts with Divine charity and with that true brotherly love without which there can never be peace.

Grant that men and nations may understand and fulfill the precept of thy Divine Son, “Love one another”, in order that true peace may be firmly established in the Justice and Truth of Christ.

Say a Rosary to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, that she may touch the hearts of so many, and lead them to her Son.

I was able to capture a group photo while there was still a decent amount!

It was a so much fun and it's always a highlight of summer! We are truly blessed with an amazing community that are an honor to call friends!
