Our Corps Members and Alumni are moving to redefine what it means to get an excellent education in our city. This is a unique moment in Buffalo. The community has never been as focused on the state of our public schools and the urgency to improve them. Public school parents have organized and are more engaged in the progress or our public school system than at any time in recent history. In additi

on to partnering with Teach For America, the Buffalo Public School and Buffalo Charter Schools are collaborating with Say Yes to Education to provide a college tuition guarantee for every high school graduate. This is also a great time to reside in the Queen city! Everyone has heard about chicken wings and our spectacular (almost) sports teams. But, did you know that Buffalo is an up-and-coming City on the verge of a rebirth? We are in an exciting moment filled with change and innovation. What was old is new again and there has never been a more exciting time to explore the Queen City. Whether you have recently heard about our program, or you are beginning the application process, we want to extend an offer for you to attend our MSEd Info Session on Tuesday, March 14 from 7:30 pm EST. In this info session webinar, you will learn about the Teach For America and TNTP master’s degree partnership with the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. The MSEd program is entirely online and built to support the work and development of full-time teachers. The info session will provide an overview of our program experience and curriculum, including the online modality, assessments, curriculum, workload, finances, and more. Current students and alumni will also be available to answer your questions.
