Wealth In Health Family Garden We are doing a family garden at 2575 Main Street Buffalo, NY. Our goal is to connect and bring educational workshops of gardening and food.

Our Family which includes myself, QueeNia AsheeMa'at, my daughter, AAliyah Mya - 19 y.o., and my son, Asheem Ali - 9 y.o. have been dedicated to working with Grassroots Gardens and other urban gardeners for the past 6 growing seasons. We started out as Lead Gardeners for the A.D. Price ComeUnity Gardens in 2015. We have since severed our ties to that garden space and reapplied and been granted
community garden status for the past 2 years to have the lot, owned by our family, at
2575 Main Street as a Community Garden. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for entire community, but especially the youth. We would like them to be able to attend workshops that educate them about where and how their food grows in all its various stages without the use of harmful chemicals and pesticides. Our hope is that people will take what they learned from us and either volunteer at our garden, another garden or venture out and begin a community or personal garden of their own!
