Hi! My name is Evangeline…

3 fun facts about me:

* I love the outdoors
* I love traveling and going on new adventures
* When I was in preschool I wanted to be a garbage truck driver (I have not clue why)

Why I love Cru:

Bring a part of Cru is like being part of a second family! The first day I walked in everyone treated me with so much of kindness and love, and I knew from start that these would be the people I connected with in college! Throughout my first year and through the summer I grew so close to everyone at Cru and found my closest friends. We were always there to encourage each other and support one another during stressful times. I also grew abundantly in my faith through my first year with Cru! I learned how to really care about others through prayer, and I was also encouraged to read my Bible which impacted my growing relationship with Christ and others! During our weekly meetings we would hear from many different students and speakers on everyday struggles and how to overcome them, I would never go a week without feeling encouraged! Finally one of my favorite parts about cru is the different trips and retreats we would go on, to Baltimore, Panama City Florida, Texas and more! During those trips is where I got so much closer to all my friends, grew even more in my faith and make unforgettable memories with tons of fun! If you want to be part of a caring community who loves Jesus and others, Cru is the best place for you!

Why I love Cru:
Through Cru I met other guys at college who became some of my best friends and strengthened my walk with God. I felt comfortable sharing struggles with them and I also learned hiw God wants to use me in His mission to the world!
