Want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families?

Join EPIC as a full-time Program Coordinator for Erie County Department of Social Services (ECDSS) and help parents and caregivers build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and put what they learn into action.

In this role, you’ll coordinate parenting education workshops, coach participants, encourage engagement and accountability, and help families apply positive parenting strategies in their everyday lives.
