The Federation has always been lucky to have so many talented individuals and organizations that we are able to count as members. Today, we want to congratulate and celebrate The Bergholz German Band on being inducted as part of the Class of 2026 to the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame. This is a huge honor, and we are so pleased to have them as part of our group, adding to the German-American culture and history of Western New York.

HELP NEEDED at Historic Concordia Cemetery

Recent heavy rains have caused the grass to grow faster than we can keep up with, and we are in desperate need of volunteers to help mow and trim the grounds.

We need help with Riding mowers, Push mowers and String trimming. We supply the equipment if you can spare the time.

The good news is this week’s dry weather should allow the cemetery grounds to dry out enough for mowing.

Historic Concordia Cemetery
Saturday, May 30
9:00 AM – Noon

Many hands make light work, and your help would be greatly appreciated as we work to keep the cemetery beautiful and cared for.
