As we celebrate freedom today, we also reflect on the work that remains to ensure opportunity, representation, and inclusion for everyone.

With the most profound sadness, the Lancaster Opera House is posting here to announce the sudden passing of our Artistic/Executive Director, David Bondrow. For the past 15+ years, David has dedicated his considerable talent and passion to the growth of this organization, and it is our hope as part of the greater LOH family that we can continue to honor his vision and support the theater and the community he so dearly loved. That said, the halls of this building are far too quiet today.

February is Black History Month!! ❤️ Inclusive Theater of WNY honors the extraordinary contributions, artistry, and resilience of Black storytellers, performers, and communities whose voices have shaped theater, culture, and history.

We celebrate the Black artists who have expanded the stage, challenged injustice through art, and created spaces where truth, joy, struggle, and imagination can be shared. Their work reminds us that storytelling is a powerful tool for healing, connection, and change.

As a theater committed to inclusion and community healing, we renew our promise to amplify Black voices, support diverse artists, and create stages where every story matters — not just this month, but all year long.

Our cash and electronic donations reached over $2000!!! Thank you all so much for your support and generosity!
