" RESCUES REACHING OUT FOR A COMPROMISE"~© 2015- This is a Program we have created which has proven over and over to be a great success for years. When the law fails us we contact owners who have may have a pet outside in cold or need help to better provide to number one save the pets life, as well as offer peace for the owner from known death threats or Media attention. If the owner agrees to "Compromise", by accepting training, vetting, food, keeping the pet indoors when unsafe, depending on the circumstance we will aide both owner and pet. We will post publicly as to the owners & pets progress through visits, pictures, vet bills, calls, dated/time stamped photos to prove positive progress. Not all will Compromise , yet we will always try. If the conditions return back to unsafe or inhumane , the Humane Society will be notified that the owner did not comply." P.E.A.S © 2015
