Pumpkin Club is currently capturing the progress of their plant growth happening in the Buffalo Community Garden!

We started outside today looking at plants and weeding, and are now making our observations!

We are thrilled to introduce Mary Anne Rogers as our 2026 Johnson County 4-H Roots Intern! 🎉🍀

Mary Anne is joining us from Virginia and will be assisting with Johnson County Extension activities all summer-- catch her at livestock judging events, 4-H Mountain Camp, and the Johnson Co. Fair! As a 4-H and FFA alumna, she brings strong leadership skills and an interest in livestock and youth development which will serve her well in her future career as an agriculture educator.

Help us give Mary Anne a warm Johnson County welcome! 🤠✨🌄

Sorry due to the predicted high winds and rain this afternoon and evening we are canceling 4-H Dog. We will be back next week. Kristen will work off leash with the more advanced agility kids and Julia will work on more focus exercises and advanced rally training methods. I will work on obedience and showmanship.
You all are doing great! Keep practicing and enjoy the rest of the week with your dog.

Flashback to our day spent on the Big Horn Mountains at the Johnson County Youth Camp. Thanks everyone for coming and helping!

We fenced, moved trees, painted the foundation of the lodge, cleaned up a few spots, put a protective coat on the propane tank and had an ice cream break!

We love seeing our clubs out doing community service activities.

Thanks to folks like WYDOT who support opportunities and that believe in what we do.

The Krazy Kritters 4H Club out of Buffalo spent a day clearing trash from their adopted section of I25 between mile markers 292 & 294. Thanks for being a loyal Adopt-A-Highway group.
