What a fantastic day at Kenmore Junior/Senior High School’s 2026 Mental Health Fair! 💙

Jake Lis, Alberti Center research assistant, and Brie Kishel, program and operations manager, were delighted to join students and staff to share resources and facilitate a breakout session focused on promoting safe and supportive school communities. The students were engaged, thoughtful, and actively participated throughout both the resource fair and the session, making for meaningful conversations and connections. ✨

A special thank you to everyone involved in organizing such a well-attended and impactful event. The care and effort that went into creating this opportunity for students was evident throughout the day. 😊

We were also incredibly grateful to be treated to a delicious lunch prepared by the students. Thank you for your hospitality and for making us feel so welcome! We look forward to continuing these important conversations and supporting the well-being of young people throughout our community. 🫶🏻

Join MHA and ReCAST for a special community event designed for parents, caregivers and youth.

Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to participate in a presentation focused on understanding trauma, culture and resilience while youth can enjoy activities in a separate supportive space led by Youth Peer Advocates.

Attendees will also have access to valuable support resources, complimentary coping skills gift bags and information about joining the Youth Ambassador Group.
