🚧 Exciting progress is happening next to the Buffalo Area Community Center!

Construction on the Community Splash Pad in Memory of Andrew is underway, and today crews are paving the walking trail and basketball court! 🏀

The splash pad is anticipated to open sometime in summer 2027. This special project has been years in the making through the efforts of the City of Buffalo, Splash for Andrew, and other community partners. 💙

The artist’s rendering gives a sneak peek at what’s planned, with some adjustments to come, including an added shaded area.

We can’t wait to see this space come to life!

☕ You’re invited to Death Café today, Wednesday, October 14, at 1 PM!

Join us for an open, welcoming conversation about death and related topics—a space where we can talk freely without changing the subject.

Come with a question, share your thoughts, or simply listen. Led by a Death Doula, this is a conversation, not a class. There’s room for curiosity, meaningful connections, and even laughter!

🗓 Meets the second Wednesday of each month at 1 PM.

Everyone is welcome!
