cts this person-centered approach as each resident chooses their own personal recovery goals and relevant groups. Since each person’s stay is unique, typical lengths of stay can vary between and within our various programs. We recognize the value and importance of offering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to the individuals in our programs. It leads to better outcomes for people with substance use disorders and is a critical competent of early recovery. MATs are prescribed or provided onsite within our Residential Rehabilitation programs, and they’re provided through linkages and referrals in our other programs. Our agency also prioritizes Trauma-Informed Care through staff training and program evaluation. We create environments that are safe, trusting, and collaborative. Most importantly, we seek to empower each and every person in our programs. Services are provided on a person-centered spectrum of harm reduction in order to reduce the negative impact of substance use. This can involve increasing supports and interventions for individuals after they’ve experienced a recurrence of use to helping residents develop plans to manage their triggers and more.
