Interested in building a career in office administration, customer service, and business operations? Workforce Buffalo, in partnership with Buffalo Public Schools Adult Education, is offering an Executive Administrative Assistant Career Pathway Program designed to prepare participants for success in professional administrative support roles. This opportunity is funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Workforce Buffalo, in partnership with Erie 1 BOCES and leading industry employers, is offering a Maintenance Repair Career Pathway Program designed to prepare participants for entry-level employment opportunities in the appliance repair industry. This opportunity is funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Evening Classes :

⭐️ Workforce Buffalo Success Story Spotlight: Meagen & Meranda Krzyzanowski ⭐️

Workforce Buffalo proudly celebrates sisters Meagen and Meranda Krzyzanowski, who recently graduated from the Erie 1 BOCES LPN Training Program and are now building rewarding careers in healthcare.

Inspired by family members who worked in healthcare, the sisters pursued nursing together and received support through the Erie County Healthcare Careers Grant (ECHC). Through tuition assistance, supplies, and transportation support, ECHC helped make their career goals achievable while reducing financial stress.

"ECHC was a huge relief for me," shared Meagen. "Having that support gave me confidence and helped make the process feel much less overwhelming."

"ECHC was a tremendous help to me throughout training," added Meranda. "All of that made it possible for me to achieve my goal while relieving some of the financial stress."

Today, Meagen is employed at Eden Heights of West Seneca Assisted Living, and Meranda is employed at Garden Gate Healthcare Facility. Both earned their LPN licenses in June 2026 and plan to pursue RN training in the future.

👏 Workforce Buffalo and the Erie County Healthcare Careers Grant congratulate Meagen and Meranda on their achievements and wish them continued success in their healthcare careers!
