The Taste of Diversity Festival Visit us at www.tasteofdiversity.com A festival showcasing Buffalo's ethnic and cultural heritage.

The Taste of Diversity Festival honors Buffalo’s long history as a landing point for immigrants. The festival celebrates the oldest inhabitants of the area and welcomes in the newest residents of the “The City of Good Neighbors”. Each year, the Taste of Diversity Festival attracts thousands of people who come to enjoy the food, music, dance and other cultural offerings from the many ethnic groups that make up the West Side. It is a great place to share your cultural heritage, introduce yourself to new ideas, and build relationships with your neighbors from Burma, Colombia, Congo, Ethiopia, Greece, Haudenosaunee, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Liberia, Pakistan, Poland, Puerto Rico, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Wales, and many other parts of the world.

Bringing bold flavor and rich storytelling to our Taste of Diversity 2026 lineup! 🍵✨

Laahe joins us on Grant Street with loose leaf chai kits and handcrafted spice bottles rooted in Indian tea and food traditions. Founded by Abir, an Indian-born, Buffalo-based entrepreneur, Laahé is inspired by a lifelong connection to the flavors of Northeast India where tea, spices, and superfoods are a way of life, not just trends.

From Assam’s bold black tea to family recipes and Indigenous ingredients passed down through generations, Laahé brings a deeply personal story of culture, memory, and home into every blend.

More than a product line, Laahé is an invitation to experience Assam’s tea culture and culinary heritage in a modern, intentional way, one cup and one dish at a time.
