Offering opportunities for wellness is one of the many things we offer at BCN but we've heard from some of you that our in-house class times and the location, don't always work, so we are expanding our network and establishing partnerships throughout the community with places like Shine Yoga WNY in Hamburg!

Shine Yoga is owned and operated by a breast cancer survivor. She has evening and weekend classes as well as a beautifully curated schedule of traditional and unique yoga experiences.

Shine is offering 20% off all yoga classes with code BCN20 plus a FREE consultation for those who are unsure of which class to start with.

Hearing those words and receiving a breast cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming and isolating.

Through our TLC Totes program, Patient Navigation, and Peer Mentoring programs, BCN provides the information, resources, and support needed to help individuals navigate those first days after diagnosis with confidence and the reassurance that they are not alone. 💗

If you or someone you know has just been diagnosed, please connect them with us! All of our resources are free and available to women throughout WNY.
