A huge thank you to the organizations that have already stepped up to show their support for SUNY Erie Athletics with banners on the brand-new Kats field at North Campus! ❤️🖤

There’s still plenty of room for your organization to join them. Banners will be displayed through August 2027, with the opportunity to renew and continue showing your support for SUNY Erie student-athletes.

Today, the Erie Community College Foundation was honored to join the in downtown Buffalo for the opening ceremony of Hispanic Heritage Month! 🎉

As part of the celebration, the ECC Foundation proudly presented two scholarships through our Pathways to Prosperity Scholarship Program — helping create a clearer, more accessible pathway to a SUNY Erie education and future career opportunities.

We are grateful to work alongside organizations committed to opening doors for students across Western New York. The Pathways to Prosperity program includes providing scholarships to students from the Hispanic Heritage Council of Western New York, BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund, Buffalo Prep, BCAT, Northland Workforce Training Center, and Per Scholas.

A special thank you to the Hispanic Heritage Council for welcoming us today — and, more importantly, for the work you do year-round to celebrate, advocate for, and strengthen our community.

When community organizations work together, students gain more than scholarships. They gain pathways to opportunity, education, careers, and a stronger future right here in Western New York. ❤️

Join us Saturday, September 19, as your SUNY Erie football team takes on Sussex County Community College at 12 PM at the North Campus Athletic Field.

Come out, cheer on the Kats and enjoy the Homecoming festivities, including free food, swag giveaways and an inflatable obstacle course.
