Today, our captains showed what true leadership looks like. Representing different cultures, backgrounds, and communities, they brought their teams together with one mission: to compete with respect, unity, and purpose.

Inspired by the spirit of the World Cup and the legacy of Juneteenth, these young leaders stepped onto the field not just to win games, but to stand together against violence and promote peace in our neighborhoods.

What an incredible day of soccer, mentorship, and community at the Full Circle Cup! Youth from diverse backgrounds came together to compete, learn, and build friendships through the beautiful game. More than a tournament, today was a celebration of unity, respect, and opportunity.

As we honor Juneteenth, raise awareness during Gun Violence Awareness Month, and embrace the spirit of the World Cup, we are reminded that sports have the power to bring people together and create positive change.

This June, during Gun Violence Awareness Month, Full Circle Family Services is bringing our community together through the world’s game.

The Full Circle Cup is more than a soccer tournament—it’s a celebration of the many cultures, languages, and traditions that make our community strong. Inspired by the excitement of the World Cup, we invite youth and families from all ethnic backgrounds to come together, compete, build friendships, and show that unity is stronger than violence.Together, we will:

🧡 Raise awareness about ending gun violence

What an incredible turnout this past Sunday! We were thrilled to see so many young athletes come together for a day filled with baseball, teamwork, skill-building, and fun. The energy was amazing, and our youth had such a great time that we’ve decided to extend the program for a few additional sessions!

Even better, all participants will have the opportunity to attend a special team trip at the conclusion of the program. More details coming soon! 🎉
