What a great kickoff to 2026 with the Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle! ✨

It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces at our first meeting of the year last night at the Buffalo Irish Center! Thank you to the incredible nonprofits who presented to us: Norfolk Ave Block Club #1, Hearts in Bloom Buffalo, and Agnes Youth And Family Center! The impactful work you are doing in our community is amazing and inspiring!

Congratulations to Agnes Youth And Family Center for being selected as our Q1 grant recipient! 🎉

And a big thank you to the Buffalo Irish Center for hosting such a fantastic evening.

The application is now open for The Maria Love Convalescent Fund Grants! All qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations in Erie County who support convalescent care are encouraged to apply. Grants range from $500 - $5000. Grantees will be awarded at the Annual luncheon on May 14, 2026!

Deadline for applications is January 31, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

📣 Exciting Opportunity for WNY Nonprofits:

The Junior League of Buffalo, in partnership with The Buffalo News, is now accepting preliminary applications for the 2025 Decorators’ Show House Proceeds — a $250,000 award for one local 501(c)(3) organization!

This biennial fundraiser has generated more than $4.8 million since 1981, supporting incredible groups like Providence Farm Collective, Gerard Place, The Tool Library, Jericho Road Ministries, and more!

Key Details:

One WNY nonprofit will be selected

Award announced April 2026

Preliminary applications due by 5 PM on December 5, 2025

Invited finalists will submit full proposals in January 2026
