In October, we traditionally observe Disability Employment Awareness Month. Here at Functional Industries, we would like to take a little bit of time to highlight some businesses in the area that we feel have been supportive of the individuals we serve. If you happen to have a chance, stop in at Culver's in Buffalo and give them some business. They deserve it!

💙 October is Disability Employment Awareness Month! 💙

At Functional Industries, we believe everyone has talents, strengths, and contributions to bring to the workplace. Employment creates more than a paycheck, it builds confidence, independence, friendships, and a sense of purpose.

This month, we celebrate the many individuals with disabilities who are working, growing, and making a difference in their communities. We also celebrate the employers who recognize the value of an inclusive workforce and provide opportunities for everyone to succeed. 👏

Disability inclusion in the workplace benefits everyone!

Join us in celebrating the abilities, talents, and potential of people with disabilities this October! 💙
