Zahvaljujemo se našim partnerima Nopallux što su pokrenuli akciju za srećno detinjstvo i što su odlučili da od svakog prodatog sijaličnog grla u Srbiji, tokom cele 2021. godine, doniraju našoj Fondaciji 1 dinar kao podršku otvaranju novih vrtića u našoj zemlji.🌟🙌

Light up someone's childhood!💙💡

Preschool is an important part of childhood for all of us! For many children, preschool is like a second home, a place where they can play, learn and make new friends, carefree. 👭👬

We thank our partner Nopallux for launching an initiative for a happy childhood and for deciding to donate 1 Serbian dinar to our Foundation for each light bulb sold in Serbia throughout 2021 to support the opening of a new preschool in our country.🌟🙌

Zašto treba da izbegavate hranu kao nagradu svojoj deci?🤔

Istraživanja su pokazala da se deca koja dobijaju hranu kao nagradu češće prejedaju ili razvijaju naviku da jedu na nervnoj bazi ili jedu slatkiše da bi se osećali bolje.🧒

Da bi se pomoglo razvoju zdravih navika u ishrani, trebalo bi izbegavati hranu kao nagradu, jer se obično dešava to da deca odbijaju da jedu hranu koja im se ne predstavlja na takav način. 🥦🌶️

Research has shown that children who receive food as a reward are more likely to compulsively overeat, develop the habit of eating when nervous or eating sweets to feel better.🧒

To them help develop healthy eating habits, you should avoid food as a reward. It usually happens that children refuse to eat food that is not presented to them in that manner. 🥦🌶️
