🔥 Fellas, it’s almost that time 🔥
I’m excited to share that our 2026 Men’s Mental Health Support Group Calendar is on the way and it’s looking powerful.

Our men’s mental health groups will meet every Second Monday of the month from 5 to 7:30 PM.
Food will be provided. Good conversation will be provided. Community will be provided.

This is an open invitation to all men in our community.
Bring your sons. Bring your nephews. Bring your little brothers. Bring the young men in your life who need positive spaces.
All men are welcome regardless of race, age, or religion. We are building something healthy, real, and supportive.

And in 2026 we’re not stopping at the meetings.
We’re leveling up with:
🎯 Bingo Nights with Scott Pagliaccio
🎯 Monthly Men’s Mental Health Zoom Calls
🎯 Men’s Mental Health Mondays on the Buffalo Center for Health Equity page
We are growing the brotherhood, the conversations, and the support system.
