There are seasons when the wait feels unbearable.
You’ve prayed. You’ve believed. You’ve trusted God with tears in your eyes and faith in your heart. Yet the answer still hasn’t arrived.
That’s when the enemy whispers that God has forgotten you.
But Habakkuk teaches us a different response.
“I will climb my watchtower and wait to see what the LORD will tell me to say and what answer he will give to my complaint.” (Habakkuk 2:1 GNT)
He didn’t walk away because the answer was delayed. He climbed higher. He took his position. He waited with expectation.
That is the posture faith takes.
Not panic. Not striving. Not desperation.
Steady. Settled. Rooted.
The kind of faith that says, “God, I don’t know when You’re going to answer, but I know You will.”
What God is doing behind the scenes is worth the wait.
Climb your watchtower. Wait and see. The answer is coming.
