The Friends Of Mckinley Parkway and West Woodside Block Club are having a street sal on June 13th. The Ithaca Coalition was asked if any households in our neighborhood would like to take part. If you live off Ithaca and would like to join in and have a sale of your own let us know!!!!

Call to Action:

We have thousands of bees in a tree on Bloomfield they need to identified and either relocated or exterminated depending on the kind of bee. This is a city owned tree, we need to have every one report to 311 if everyone calls or puts a report in on the portal we can put pressure on the city to handle this situation in front of 70 Bloomfield immediately the more complaints the faster they will act. We don’t want to see people getting stung.

Beginning May 1, you can donate a new children’s book for a local child in need during the annual Books for Kids drive. Over 3.2 million books have been donated in the last 30 years thanks to generous donors. The local organization Project Flight gives the books to local schools, libraries, daycares, and social service agencies.
