Community Advisory Group The CAG is a committee of professionals and supporters who provide prevention education

An OMNI Youth Services, Prevention Services lead initiative, known as The Community Advisory Group was developed in June 2016 by a variety of local organizations, professionals, schools, and healthcare agencies who were looking to raise awareness surrounding teen pregnancy in the community. Since our establishment, we continue to meet quarterly to expand prevention education, services, events, and

information for teens, parents, and families. All custom materials shared on this page are developed and funded in whole or part by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
